DESCRIPTION:For the past 5 years\, the Northern California Center for Well-Being has hosted the Skate-A-Thon for Health to raise funds for scholarships that support Children's Health\, Diabetes and Heart Disease services. Please come and join us\, on Sunday April 14th\, 2013\, as we hold our 6th annual Skate-A-Thon for Health! We are so excited to host this event for the sixth time and are hoping to see you there!\n\n\n\nThere are multiple ways to get involved\; by being a Sponsor\, Team Captain\, Team Member\, and/or Volunteer you will be helping NCCWB ensure chronic disease services are access for all! All of the proceeds of this fundraiser will benefit the Center for Well-Being's direct services and off-set the 76% of their client population who receive full or partial scholarships for classes.
