DESCRIPTION:Michael Stusser and Ginny Matthews\n\n	Secret Messages of the Garden: A Walking Tour and Meditation\n\n	September 11\, 9:30am-noon\n\n	Through an in-depth tour of the garden\, meditation and other contemplative techniques\, participants will look at life in the 21st century and receive some guidance for gathering the tools of stability and peace of mind. Ginny Mathews is a senior student of Sasaki Roshi for over 35 years. Michael Stusser\, founder of Osmosis\, is a lifetime practitioner of meditation and Tai Chi. Together they will lead participants through a literal and figurative experience of the extraordinary meditation garden at Osmosis discovering the ancient Buddhist parable of the ox and the ox-herder. No prior experience of meditation is necessary.\n\n	Reservations are required and a charge of $10 will be collected for a special custom-brewed tea. An optional special post spa package is being offered to attendees\, which includes: lunch provided by Ceres Community Project\, cedar enzyme footbaths and hammock sound therapy sessions. This package is available for an additional $30 following the meditation classes.
