DESCRIPTION:You are cordially invited to our Open House\n\n\n\nCome learn about our Sonoma programs:\n\n\n\nOur Prevention Programs reach children and youth at risk of placement in foster care or at risk of involvement with gangs and entering the juvenile justice system. Most of the youth have at least one mental health diagnosis.\n\n\n\nOur Intervention Programs provide intensive case management services to kinship caregivers and wrap-around intensive clinical services to young people with at least one mental health diagnosis who have been lured into gangs and subsequently involved in the juvenile justice system. We provide licensed clinicians\, intervention specialists\, vocational specialists and parent partners.
