Crossing the Jordan has developed a long-term residential program that provides career building, transformational training, and healing that produces extraordinary results. The program helps individuals in Sonoma County and teaches skills that enable them to live happy healthy lives, while supporting their families. This annual fundraising event supports the programs and provides a fun evening for all in attendance through dancing, entertainment, auctions and more. In addition, we celebrate those dedicated individuals who persevered and have not been forgotten. There have been 350+ attendees in the past.
