Participants are invited to step out of their daily lives and step into a magical, guided exploration of the components of a juicy and fulfilled life. Activities include the highlights of last year’s Vitality Quest: the Circle of Life Exercise, personalized channeled guidance and a new and improved grounding and centering meditation. This Vitality Quest culminates in the choosing of 1-2 Inspired Action Steps that will anchor each participant’s breakthrough after the retreat.
